DELIVERY

Most items ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering (this lead time may change due to weekends, public holidays and items not being in stock). Please ensure your contact details including your email address and phone number are correct. This ensures that you receive a prompt response. We will notify you by email upon shipping the order with your tracking number if applicable. In some circumstances same or next day delivery within Sydney Metro area can be arranged, please contact us for pricing information and availability.

 

Special Order items all have different lead times, which can take up to 4-6 weeks as they are from overseas. Please note once a special order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 

 

Postage is at buyers risk, if you want your parcel left at your front door, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your item once it has been delivered. All items must be paid for (and confirmed) before shipping. Signature on delivery can be arranged at an additional cost if requested. We do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items.
