All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only in which your product will be returned to the manufacturer.

Ordering & Shipping/Delivery
Most items ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering (this lead time may change due to weekends, public holidays and items not being in stock). Please ensure your contact details including your email address and phone number are correct. This ensures that you receive a prompt response. We will notify you by email upon shipping the order with your tracking number if applicable. In some circumstances same or next day delivery within Sydney Metro area can be arranged, please contact us for pricing information and availability.
Special Order items all have different lead times, which can take up to 4-6 weeks as they are from overseas. Please note once a special order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Postage is at buyers risk, if you want your parcel left at your front door, we are NOT RESPONSIBLEfor your item once it has been delivered. All items must be paid for (and confirmed) before shipping. Signature on delivery can be arranged at an additional cost if requested. We do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Replacements
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days of ordering in its original condition/unused. Special order items cannot be returned.
If an item breaks or has a manufacturing defect, it is not subject to the same terms of standard returns, and will be taken care of as soon as possible.
No returns can be sent in without authorization from Moto Mods.
Moto Mods will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:
The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description; and
You can present proof of purchase
Moto Mods may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
Financial Statement (i.e. bank statement, credit card statement)

Pricing is as-stated on the site, and all promotions are only good through the advertised period of time. We are not responsible for pricing errors due to typos on the site. Pricing on the website over-rules pricing found in areas such as Message Forums, Facebook, or other Social Media outlets.
